It seems like we are one of a few software companies out there offering
free technical support. By phone, by fax (believe it or not we still get faxes!),
or by email, we are ready to answer your questions. As of a month back or so,
we added another method of contacting us; via iChat. Our folks in Support
now offer the ability to get an instantaneous response to your question
(assuming we are online then) by sending them an iChat message. Give it
a shot here...

Hi Barry-
I thought I answered your question some time back but apparently not. iChat support is usally available from 9-9 but I've seen some of the guys on past midnight helping folks out!
